A surprise found - such an honour!

Hi ladies and gents! I received an email from my good bloggy friend and fellow Creative Inspirations DT member Caroline saying she had a little surprise for me, and lo and behold, she has kindly presented me with this lovely award! Thank you so much! Her comment on why she nominated me also made me chuckle (check out her blog and have a nosey!). Caroline has the most wonderful cards on her blog, so if you aren't already familiar with her work, please pop over and share the love (she too adores Magnolia... don't we all?!)

So a little bit more...

As part of the rules of my award I MUST tell you 3 things you may not know about me:

* I can play a tune on the didgeridoo (yes really... I have my own although most of the time it is filled with cobwebs... a dusting nightmare!!!)

* I have the most odd crush on...wait for it...Johnathan Creek star Alan Davies... oh and also have a thing for Jack Dee... must be a comedy link here!

*When I was 14, a girl in my year won a magazine competition for Peter Andre to perform at our school, so I (along with many others) paid 50p to see him in the days of plastic pecs to perform Mysterious Girl and other songs in our school gym! (YES, bizarre as this sounds this really happened!)

Ok so I also have to nominate 5 people to recieve this award.........

1) Teresa: always manages to create THE most beautiful magnolia cards, her layouts are amazing, you seriously need to check her out if you haven't already. She has been VERY helpful with queries and probs I've had in the past!

2) Coops: I first found her on the DOCRAFTS website, her images are superbly coloured every time and she is a constant source of inspiration for me

3) Maddy Hill: Not only makes the funkiest of card toppers, but also designs fimo models to match - STUNNING every one of them!

4) Mona Evy: Mona is a Creative Inspirations DT member and every time she posts something I always think "why didn't I think of that?!" She's very creative with her cards and uses embellishements perfectly - not too many, not too few... Something I've not quite got the hang of yet! Ha ha!

5) Carlyanne: Very supportive lady! Not only are her cards AMAZING she also took the time to support me from pretty much day 1 on here, even though I didn't know what I was doing! (Thank you honey!). Again, her blog is FULL of wnderful ideas, with a good mix of images from LOTV, Belles and Whistles and of course Magnolia, and more besides!
